Our passion is leading our clients in the attainment of their personal health and fitness goals, whether that goal is weight loss, completing a 5K, improving sport-specific skills or general athleticism for a sport, or improving quality of life for older adults through increased strength and mobility.
Rachel's Training Background
My name is Rachel Jones and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness enthusiast. My qualifications include AMFPT certification as a personal trainer as well as being CPR / AED trained and certified. I am a Georgia native, Army veteran, and mother of two. I have always enjoyed being fit and living a healthy lifestyle. As a child I was very active and always outdoors. During my early adulthood I worked out in the gym regularly to stay fit and was fairly active. I began to focus less on fitness and my health as I was attending college but even more so when I was caring for my children. I put on a significant amount of weight and began to feel unhealthy as well as depressed. I couldn't believe how terrible I felt from gaining weight and not staying active. So one day I decided to do something about it! My fitness journey allowed me to lose 80 pounds and to become healthy and the best person I could be! That journey brought me to this point. From that point on I realized fitness and a healthy lifestyle were my passion so I decided to become a certified personal trainer so that I could motivate and change other people's lives like I had changed my own! I want to help others to have the motivation and drive to reach their fitness goals whether that is weight loss, gaining muscle mass, toning up, improving flexibility and coordination, or just improving their overall quality of life! I want to help everyone get to the best self they can be! I understand that sometimes it just takes someone to guide you in the correct techniques, design effective programs that bring results, or just be there to give you that extra little push to achieve your goals! Let me help you become the best you today!!
